A few pics of the 6 person, in the Outback of Montana.

Great space for one, with cot, chair, Buddy heater, etc. You could put two army style cots in there, but wouldn't have room for any chairs. But the cot has good storage underneath.

Nice pictures,i am freaking jealous.Does this Mrs heater heat well?I have a little buddy heater but never really use it except one time in winter my fishing line was always freezing so i melted it over it(ice) work great haha!...i am talking about a beautiful day at -30Celcius in Quebec,Canada.

The Mr Buddy works pretty good. It was not really that cold at nights, maybe upper 30s F, just above freezing. I had it on low setting, and it was very pleasant. A 1lb fuel canister lasts about 6 hours on low.

We have used the same heater in a 8-man dome tent in the past, in sub-freezing temps, (20s F), and it kept the tent warm. at that time we had a 20 lb propane tank outside the tent, and a hose to connect the heater, so it would run for a long time.

It was windy, pretty constant 15-30 mph. The tipi shrugged it off.

I had the perimeter of the tipi staked down tight, but to keep ventilation good, I left one door unzipped about 3 feet up from the bottom, and staked the doorflap down with about a 4 inch gap at the bottom. Kept fresh air coming in, and no condensation at all.

I had gone to shoot long range steel with some other shooters, and used the tipi for my shelter. A couple pics of the shooting range. Steel from about 400 yards out to 1970 yards. Wind in the 20-30+ mph made it tough past 1000 yards or so, but I was able to make some hits with my heavy precision 30-06 out to 1470 yards on 20" steel, shooting the 215 gr Berger bullet.
