Awesome to hear you've officially got the itch! Hunting becomes obsessive at some points for me. Like you said, it becomes all you think about and want to do. Always have to be planning the next years trips!

Nice review and nice job on the blacktail. Where are you out of? Somewhere in the PNW or Alaska I would presume?

So I received the Evo to Revo kit and made the upgrades. I will admit I didn't think I'd be as excited about it as I am! I really like the enhancements and can't wait to get out on the trail or haul some meat with this pack.

I'm pretty sure I got it all setup correctly by reading the previous posts. With the load lifters, you just run it up through the slide lock buckles and then back down through the metal tri glides on the harness, is that correct?

I also got the Peregrine which might be my new favorite pack and solves any problems I had for day packs, especially for hunting. Love the ability for a spotter and tripod to fit in the long sleeves. And then the fact that you can use it as compression like a talon, or attach it to the frame itself. Very versatile and very well designed. Nice job SO, keep up the strong work.
