Altai Kom skis

This is the start of a longer term ongoing review in mixed conditions. My initial feedback based on my first day of backcountry skiing them is very positive . They seem to be exactly what I was looking for.

Saw a post about these on another forum. They look really cool.

Apparently there was another company at the Outdoor Retailer show trying to find a manufacturer for a similar item...Snow Gliders.

They are longer, fatter and more of a traditional ski meant for all terrain more than ski shoeing. For me , at least they were very good multi purpose and good at mixed snow conditions
