Which Talon?

I was wondering if the base Talon is the same length and width measurements as the day Talon?
I am currently use a Kifaru back pouch (1000 ci) to carry my Cimmaron, 8"x13" stove and roll up pipe in.
Also what are the ci diff in the two? Day vs base. The measurements?
I do strap it to the back of my pack going in and then use the purch for day gear.
Thinking the Talon would be better suited for this if there is enough room.
