You will want the 2" option. The way the curve of the frame is for me... I don't have as comfortable of carry at the 24" height. Adding the 2" allows the curve to go forward more. For $5 you will want them.

New Unaweep owner here. I'm 6'3", and ordered the 4" extensions on the buils spec. That seemed pretty good, but after the first day on the hill I did some minor adjustments. I cut 1" off the extensions, for a 27" frame, and made a good 45-degree on the lifters, and changed the belt grommet to bring the belt a bit higher on my hip bones.

Overall, I really REALLY like this pack. My baseline has always been the ALICE and ILBE packs. This Unaweep is like night and day for comfort weight, and adjustability.

A couple pics in the yard, and on the hill, these were prior to the fine-tuning.
