Well I will be eating tag soup this year. I shot a young bull but pretty sure I got his shoulder and couldn't find him. It was depressing but in the end it was my first year hunting and I spent every weekend in September romping through the mountains. I was successful in many ways and come next year I will be more than ready to fill the freezer. This weekend starts deer season for me so hopefully I'll fill my tag then.
I had a few hick UPS with the tent. One being that I over heated the center pole and it bent under the tension of the tent. My new carbon poles arrived at my parents yesterday and they will be forwarding them to me. I'll take a pick of them side by side so you guys can see the bend.
