FS, 2person nest

Wanting to buy, wanting to sell

Let me see if I can get that you by early next week. My personal nest is actually down at the shop, so I will need to get it. I know it does fit, but it may take moving the pole a couple inches of center for space and the nest will be at the edge.

This is a BT 2 nest but the footprint is the same. I shared one stakeout point with tent and staked the other outer stake at the tent canopy and then staked the other two inside. I highly recommend titanium , aluminum hook style staked on interior . The ground hog style ones suck to step on when barefoot

Thanks, Kevin. I'll give it another try. But another issue is the way it hangs. Couldnt figure how to get the back and sides to not say. Weather is supposed to be good here for a couple days so I'll go at it again.

Set it up on its own using a trekking pole and see if it is tight . If it is , then it should be tight in a shelter . I use prusik on a pole and tension to pole

I was wondering if that was my failure point ; not using its own pole. Was going to set up solo to get the feel for what I might have been missing. Haven't done it yet, Will try it soon. Thanks Kevin

Setting it up on its own is a good idea to double check. In a tent you should be able to use cordage connected to the tent pole

I eventually found the nest works best when using an inner pole. Basically setting it up freestanding in the tipi.

But, it's not what I'm wanting, after all that. Thus, I'm putting it back on the market for $120.00 shipped to conus.

Just weighed it at 22.7oz.

Thanks.

Pic added. I set it up quickly so it's a loose pitch because the skies were darkening and I didn't want it to get wet
Also, This is "as new" as I've only done mock setup in the backyard.
When I say "best" in reference to setup in a previous post about this nest, I mean inside the 4 man tipi. That is my experience, at least.
