With the changes to make the pack work better for shorter torsos, are there any changes on the Divide to make the pack better for skinnier waists (around 29 inches)? Are the hipbelt straps that connect to the pack sewn closer together on the small hipbelt than on larger hipbelts (or can this be an option)?

No plans on it however I will look into it. I suspect it is actually a fairly simple mod. Fortunately Luke whom you folks are getting to know is a good tester for this ... He is very involved in a lot of the design aspects of the Divide

Any close photos of the pack in each fabric type (especially X33)?

Not yet highly likely next week. I think it is pretty dialed. I'm using one a couple days and Luke is using one and we will circle back together for final details and photos. It is really really minor discussion points like how far above pack frame bag can extend etc

When you post the info, please include some decent and detailed pics of the new frame. Maybe lean it up against a current Evo/Unaweep frame to illustrate the changes. Maybe also provide images of the fabric swatches that would make up the possible build options. Post standard side, front, and back shots of a fully stuffed/complete pack where the pack fills the image frame, but isn't cropped (missing interesting straps or components).

You know, get us excited.
