Looks great. Exactly what I've been looking for. The dog will appreciate getting to be inside the tent for once.
For seam sealing, do you recommend buying the dedicated tent seam sealer, or using silicone and mineral spirits?
If anyone is on the fence about ordering from Seek Outside, I can say from my experience buying a Unaweep pack that the customer service is second to none. Kevin has been nothing but helpful with all my questions, and he's willing to work with me to make sure I get the pack that suits my needs. The quality of the product is also every bit as good as I'd hoped.

This shelter looks like a really nice balance of size/weight/useable space.
I see a lightweight backpackable shelter in my future. The Cimarron and 4-man tipi are at the top of my list. I'm thinking the tipi might have an advantage in wind, not that it's ever windy in MT...smile.

How many guyouts are on the production Cimmaron?
Looking at the first set of pics it looks like three per side, six total.
The later pic looks like one per side, two total. But maybe It's just not clear in the picture?

In the final production we did some simplification, which was to remove two of the guy outs. So it comes with one, but I would possibly make the argument the one , is better than the three in this case. We changed a couple other items as well, but I don't believe anyone will miss those guy out points. The center guy out is very very effective at getting maximum space.

I would love to have a cimarron to test out in the wind. The 4 man is super quiet for a tent when fully staked but I would enjoy the space in the cimarron for my truck camping more. If it could take the 50+ mph gusts I see pretty regularly, then I would contemplate selling the 4 man.
I might be pulling the trigger on a larger 6 or 8 man later in the year though
