Since it has been so wet it's been a good season for mushrooms and other wild plants.

What type of food can you forage in your area ?

Blackberries for sure. We have mushrooms too but I'm not sure which ones are edible. I need to learn.

Last holiday in Belgium southern Ardennes we collected everyday berries that we came across on the path. We took raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. so each evening we had fresh desserts. We put them in yoghurt or prepared some jam with added sugar to put them on Liege waffles
