For quick and lightweight overnighters, I like to use a Ti pot that I got on sale for something like $19 from backcountry.com. It looks pretty much exactly like the Snow Peak 700. They come back on sale every so often and are a smoking deal. I just boil water in it for Mountain House and Vaio or tea.

The lid that is also a fry pan is big enough to almost be used as it's own pot for boiling enough water for tea for 1 person and for use as a bowl/plate. The 1400 is also big enough to fit other pots in it for double boiler use or baking over a stove.
