How does the new carbon fiber pole for the BCS2 differ from the original style? If we have and use the original pole can we still feel confident in it or should it be be taken out of service for some reason?

I ordered the shorter 66" one to go with the BT2 that I won - may as well complete the package, eh?

Original pole is fine , new one is more robust but a bit heavier.
