Meat packing questions

Considering the lack of a central frame, does the Evolution pack keep game-bagged meat off of your back? A lot of time a game bag can be a little "sloppy" e.g. moose back straps, quartered bear with fat, etc.

My MOLLE frame keeps it off of my back. How does the Evolution work in this respect? I don't carry a pack bag when hunting, just a frame, and I wouldn't put meat in a pack bag anyway as it doesn't cool as well and meat in a pack bag is a friggin mess anyway.

Most guys run an empty packbag on the frame and compress it with a talon, then just put the meat outboard of the empty packbag and compress it.

I think Kevin has a recent pic packing out a bear like this, maybe he will post it.
