2.5 mile run-push ups-lateral raises-curls-shld press; 1 hour aerobics Mon., 1hr HIIT tonight.

I hear you Nathan, Work sure does have a funny way of using up what would otherwise be a whole lot of free time. Now that I think about it, it's really not all that funny. The family obligations I don't mind so much, but work is a different story.

Friday and Saturday off and 3 mile run today. Aerobics tomorrow

Yesterday did squats, bench and row instead of aerobics.

HIIT tonight.

Everything definitely getting easier

New to this forum after learning about SO gear, and more about UL backpacking. I am definitely excited to make some upcoming purchases.

I've been into CrossFit for the past 3 years now and have to admit it has definitely increased my strength/stamina and my body's capability in all functions of life, but has proved excellent for when I hit the trail and utilize my body during hunting season. I keep up with it year round and it has become another one of my passions along with getting outside and being outdoors.
