Yes , first time I have seen one with a kill. When I looked through my binocs you could see blood on the side of her face. It made up for my poor day on sheds. I think I was a little high as I've seen 80 elk or so the last couple days and I think they wintered there, so I know they are around ( the sheds). I think instead of going over the ridges to bed as they do in the fall, they have been going down into the brush and then feeding up as there have only been a couple people in the area besides me and I don't think any have been that high ( no tracks in any snow )
