A 13 by 9 canister fits easily in a 4800 bottom. A 14.5 by 9 I am not sure since that is 47 inches around it and the bag is 44 circum. A 6300 is 48 circum so it should work with no problem. On a 4800 it will compress easily outside the bag, but I would add an extra buckle on load shelf for extra security ( I would add it after the standard load shelf buckles and simply to the excess webbing and them buckle those together to prevent any separation of load shelf webbing, probably not needed with bigger canister but would be needed with small canister)
