SeekOutside Stove Pipe Set Up?

Hey I just got a new SeekOutside XXL Take Down Stove. The stove itself was super easy to set up but I'm getting my butt kicked with the roll up stove pipe provided. Does anybody have video of them setting up the stove pipe or any suggestions on ways to make it easier to set up?
