Custom sewing on Tipi order

Trusting you had a wonderful Christmas and are out playing in the snow.
This spring I'm going to order a Tipi from you folks. I was wondering if you would sew in a couple of little pockets to "hang" my long bow in. One pocket close to the floor and one somewhat higher, I could slip the top of the bow into a sleeve and the bottom into a pocket. Would this pull to hard on the side of the Tipi to have a long bow hanging there?
Thanks Larry

Hi Larry, I would suggest you contact Angie with what you want via email. You can hang stuff like that, but I prefer to do it a different way. We have a couple loops at the apex, and for anything of any weight, I prefer to run cordage from the apex to the stake out, with a couple loops placed for hanging. This takes the stress of off the canopy and provides the same function. Another option, is to do a prusick on the pole as well, which I do often for hanging a lantern. If you already have a bag for your longbow, then you could attach it to either one of these options.

Have a good holiday.
