misunderstanding the cimmaron

hey guys,
I recently bought a used cimmaron off the web and I have a question about what im finding. the man I purchased from said he bought it new in 2016, and only used it for a 3 day outing. I was stoked because I picked it up with the carbon fiber pole for less tham $380.00. after setting it up im almost positive it was used a lot more than 3 days but what really puzzles me it the fact that it does not have inner and outer staking loops. does this sound right to any of you. could it have been a 2nd's or could it just be older than 2016? im really kinda bummed because I was really hoping for the added functions of both loops. if you guys have any suggestions let me know, because im really considering sending it back to him.
thank you

I don't think it was an oversight.

I bought a Silvertip in early 2017 and it only has the outer stake loops.

My older BT-2 had outer and inner stake loops.

My buddy has the Cimmaron and it only has the outer steak loops as well. I Didn't know there was an option for outer and inner on them anyhow?

There is no option. In short larger tents have both smaller ones do not

ok, well I spoke with seek outside today on the phone and I was told the newer cimmarons come with both stake loops. the fellow I spoke to thinks the tent was probly 4-5 years old, and that I could sent it back and have extra loops sewn on for an hourly fee. my conversation was very helpful and im glad I made the call
