Great now I want a BT2

Looks good guys. How does it erect? It looks like it wouldn't be enough to have just one attachment point like the LBO nest.

I am pretty sure the nest will fit the LBO as well but won't allow stove use ... I haven't checked but it should work

The new nest needs a name ? Ideas anyone ?

I like beyond bugs nest also but for simplicity's sake (thinking from a business owner perspective) I would go with BT2Nest.

It packs about the same size as a BT2 or LBO base.

Connection to tent currently working on and may change a bit. Currently it has a strapping system and drawstring closure. This works and is effective , but perhaps it can be simplified / lightened. The goal, is we want to separate the nest tension / integrity from fly tension / integrity , and allow it to be used in shelters or when the tent is pitched lower etc.

Kevin, correct me if I'm wrong, but when you say nest tension separate from fly tension, that is how the LBO nest works right?
