New to Forum

I'm new to the forum, sort of...
I registered a while back, but today was the first I have posted. I have been a "lurker" I guess.
I bought my first SO tipi over a year ago (12 man), and have had some great trips.
I love seeing all the pictures and hearing the stories. They give me good ideas for future trips.
I have a somewhat different setup than most " lightweight" backcountry guys. I really enjoy going into the backcountry with my horses and with products from SO and others, I have found a great system. For 3 season trips, I can take all I need for a few days on the horse I'm riding (this lightweight craze is awesome!). For my winter camp trips, I take more gear (and heavier gear) and will take 1 packhorse as well as the one I'm riding. I do a lot of hunting with my SO tipi and lightweight gear. Anyway, I'm looking forward to becoming more involved in the forums.
