Temperatures dropped to where I didn't need the nest finally. Floorless is great!!!



Temps dipped to about 25 this evening. Winds were max gust of 40mph. LBO held fine.

Finally floorless....sounds like you've started a song to the tune of Its Finally Friday.

If you haven't you should.

Glad you're having fun. Cooler weather is more enjoyable for backpacking for me as well.

I joined today just to tell the OP that this is a great pic and that I really appreciate all of his pics in other threads. I was debating on getting an LBO and Blgoode's pictures in various configurations were very helpful.

I have a base on its way that I plan to be using by itself for most of my backpacking. But I haven't decided how I'll be closing it (base + base of base + vestibule) for storms and such as well as when the girlfriend wants to come a long. This is base + vestibule correct?
