I bought a six man tipi a little over a year ago , then had knee surgery June of 2015, so couldnt get out and use it. So, I just recently used it this July 16th 2016, ( and found I probably need more room ). I only used for one night, great weather, no rain and it is in excellent condition. Package includes : 6 man tipi 30 denier - light brown color : Carbon fiber center pole, and half moon floor. Has all the latest features ( sod skirt, top vent , stove flap, guy outs, double entry , internal ties ) PLUS , XL Titanium stove with 9.5 ft stove pipe + 2 extra titanium warming plates, snow/rain cap for stove pipe.
NO stakes.
This was all purchased with the idea of it being back packable and light to pack in. It is in excellent condition. Seem sealer included or I can do for you.

This package brand new sells for $1800 I am looking at going into a 12 man tipi with cots for Elk hunting --- not hiking in.

Do you have a liner for the tent? Does it have screens for the doors? I was looking for an 8 man, but may be able to get by with 6. Thanks, Ken

It does not have an interior liner for condensation or screens for the doors. You might be able to get by with a six man depending on how many people you want in the tent + gear VS the 8 man. I was going to go with a 12 man , just because we want to put cots in it with gear + stove , so need much larger area.
