You are correct. Set up and seam sealed. Very nice indeed. Question. What is recommended for groundsheet under Neoair XLite and EE Revelation? I guess tyvek was the go to but polycro now?

A thin foam mat is not a bad option. Gives a little fail safe in case of pad issue and can be used in areas as a sit pad where you may not want to use you're inflatable
