Which saw are you carrying?

I have a Wyoming saw, a sawvivor, a corona folding saw, and a Gerber sliding saw. I like them all for different reasons.

For general use and butchering I like the Wyoming saw. The sawvivor has a lot of capability in a lightish package. The corona is compact and cuts really well (wood only). I'll probably take the Gerber elk hunting this year if I take one at all simply because it's the lightest.

I use a Bahco Laplander, best pocket saw I used so far.

I have a gerber, but wish I had the sawvivor! those were great saws for the weight.

I use a Bahco Laplander. Its saws well...very smooth and doesn't break.

I ended up with a Silky Gomboy 210.

8.4 oz with an 8in blade.
I really wanted to like the Bahco, but in the hand there is no comparison.
Looking forward to dulling it up on an elk,and lots of firewood for the tipi.

I use the Gerber. So far been fairly happy with it.

I bought a Bob Dustrude's Quick Buck Saw a few weeks back. I've only taken it out once, but was pretty impressed by the design and capability of this saw. Super simple, yet extremely well built for about 17 oz. A few different outfits carry it. I got mine through Four Dog Stoves site. We went on a day hike and I was able to process ample amounts of fire wood in no time. I don't see myself leaving without it, especially during wood stove season!
