Since a lot of traditional backpacking food is not very good for you (cookies, bars etc) and Mountain houses are not really "high end" nutrition either, I thought I might start a thread of healthier backpacking options. I know true paleo man would spear and club his way through the wilds, but nothing is legally in season right now . It might be fun, if we put a few links to other options together and had a little discussion (or discourse) if this board takes on a more thought provoking style of discussion and philosophy
