Bucket list winter trip

Let's say you have no obligations in January or February and want to get away for a backpacking trip. Unless you could find someone at the drop of a hat to go, let's say solo. Doesn't have to be an extended 2 month trip either, anywhere from 1-3 weeks.
So what's your bucket list winter trip?

Mine:
Grand Canyon rim 2 rim 2 rim
Arizona Trail (bit longer than 3 weeks)
Colorado Trail (if it were July)
Arizona cues deer hunt(not really a long distance backpacking trip but it would be cool)
Everglades National Park
Moab Arches National Park

Is this limited to CONUS ?

Death Valley seems like you could find something
Boundary waters is nice if you can do the cold.
Yellowstone as well as long as you have cold covered
