Unfortunately my 8 month English bulldog is not much of a backpacker. I do take him out on day hikes when the weather isn't too hot.

We've been through three rescue dogs in the past 12 years. They have all been great.
Hailey was our last, and we still miss her. She was older, but was the best dog ever. She loved to go out for a hike, or walk in the woods. or just hang out. She would never run off, always close by, within 25 yards or so.
She had a thick coat and shrugged off colder weather. In the summer she was quick to get in a creek or lake to cool off.

Nice pictures.Was out fews weeks ago and it was a - 20°C and my dog was shaking,Think i need a jacket for him?
