Can the paradox frame easily carry skis or a snowboard with or without a bag attached ? It seems like it could do it well, but I don't see any of this mentioned.

Actually this is very easy, just use some 3/4 webbing where the lid attaches and wrap the talon compression straps around it lower

Works well and are very stable
