I can see from photos it appears that there is a mesh backpanel? I'm assuming since this is an external frame hybrid of sorts that it will have good ventilation on the back? Reason I ask is here in the southeast it is HUMID and HOT! Airflow on the back is such a welcome relief in the stifling heat.

I'm in TN, and when the humidity is 60+ and the temps are 80+ and the distance is 5 miles + the ventilation is overwhelmed by the sweating.

Most of the time it works nicely, but in TN in July and August nothing would help but using the pack to carry an A/C unit.

In the mountains the ventilation works well IMO
