Revolution Suspension Q and A

What is the Revolution ?
- It is an updated functionally similar Evolution with many new features and capabilities added. It is mostly backwards compatible with an Evolution.
What pack bags will be available ?
- Several new bag styles will be available including Exposure and Peregrine in addition to our Fortress Roll Top pack bags.
What new features are included ?
- Horizontal Cross Stays to minimize back intrusion and prevent barreling . These also provide a slight air gap without impacting center of gravity
- Wider range of Torso fit and size and back padding re-oriented to be more like a Unaweep packs
- Added one common loop for additional compression options (Roll Top or Lid )
- Integrated haul loop
- Integrated sling style rifle carry
- Integrated rifle field rest / your milage may vary on this
What is different ?
- Pack bag attachments are slightly different . The Revolution is optimized for a 26 inch frame , but works well at 24 - 28.
What is backward compatible and not ?
- Some users may find older harnesses do not have long enough webbing depending on when they purchased a harness and what torso length they use. We will likely make and Evo to Revo upgrade package that includes all the little things and is slightly discounted for previous customers. Newer harnesses include daisy chains and some improvements.
- Pack bags fit, but might be a little different based on frame height.
What is weight ?
- Using our standard frame 2 lbs 10 ounces not including over the top strap. 2 lb 12 with Guide frame. We suspect minimum weight could be as low as 2 lb 3 ish if someone wanted to do that.
