Old style day talon

Is the old style (zippered compartments) day talon gone for good. Is it still possible to get one as a special order? When being used as a compression panel that looks like it would be a lot easier to access.

I don't think I've ever seen a photo of the new Day Talon being used as a compression panel.

Photos of the new Day Talon should be up within a week or so.

I really liked the old Day Talon, but it has drawbacks. The zipper orientation on the Base Talon and the Hydro Talon are better for use on a pack, and in all honesty the new Day Talon is a better frameless daypack than the old one.

The only real advantage of the older style IMO is that it has a bit cleaner lines when used as a compression panel.
