I did a mile and a half with 119 lbs this morning. The pack frame and belt feel really, really good. The belt is the best I've ever used, and I don't say that lightly....I've used the best belts out there. A few more tweaks and we should be ready to start production on the tester packs.

I did 11 miles with 35 lbs early today. It was 80° at 6:30 am so it wasn't a very pleasant hike, but the pack did extremely well. The belt stays put wherever I tighten it down, doesn't overly compress my hips, doesn't create any hotspots, and it is the first belt I've ever used that has absolutely NO slip to it. I'm pleased with it so far. I think we've finally found the right combination of factors.

I did some mountain hiking in various configurations and it was very good
