Larger taper at top.

The 3000 is 4 inch smaller diameter , but it is taken from back panel not side panels

There is also a minor curve in taper to fit form

At 1 oz penalty its kind of a no brainier to just go for the 4200.

Is there any plan to offer the Divide in VX21?

I am not sure, we do offer in X21RC which is the same face fabric, just two layer and therefore lighter. We also offer it i X33 which is a 2 layer fabric with a heavier face, but it does not weigh more than any of the VX21 fabrics. X33 is more quiet and more rugged. Is it just a color preference of VX21 ?

I was going to ask about the VX21 fabric as well. For me it is mostly a color issue. Not one much for multicam but tend to lean towards more durable.

Vx21 and x21 have the same exterrior material = same durability I'm thinking.

Gotcha. Thank you for the clarification.

How much does the interior scrim help? Or rather what does it help wiht?
