I really like my front pouch a lot better than side pockets. Just worked better and held more for the total weight of it.

I have'nt tried the front pouch you guys had, and I know we talked about it here on the forum before (mainly you suggested a looser fit), but in the summer I can't stand the heat / sweat generated on my chest by a HPG Kit bag. It drove me bonkers. Howeveer, the usefulness was undeniable, and I truly wanted it to work.
