Hipbelt sizing

We are contemplating adding another hipbelt size to the offering and trying to get some feedback. Our current sizes are as follows.

Small - will fit down to a 29"
Medium - will fit down to a 32" and generally seems to work well for folks to a 36".

As for measurement sizes, we believe, you should not use the minimum sizing as based on what jeans you can squeeze into. Instead, you should size the belt based on expected clothing worn during the heaviest loads. For instance, say you are a 31" waist, wearing a T shirt in the summer, but most of your heavy loads are 3rd rifle where you have two jackets on. Use a proper sizing for this load for optimal performance.

Our inclination for sizing is to size the next belt to fit down to a 35" waist. Would this work or do you need a different size ?

I would like another size. I have the medium but would definitely like a large. I have 36" waist (jeans) but after what you've described as far as proper fit I think I would like a large.
