It bunches a little at 24 inches but not super bad. It rides higher on the frame at 28 inch. Torso changes with extensions since torso is attached to the bag, and hipbelt to the framing. The Unaweep - Divide will be optimized at 24 and then use the same sort of packbag moving up the frame when used with extensions
It's pretty easy to optimize a current one for 24, just change the location of the hold down point. We did that for a couple customers and I used one like that almost all last summer. To make the bag for a taller frame is more work and involves more thought.
Some people don't care for the pack bag riding up the frame , some people love it as it places the load a bit higher and gives a good place to strap a sleeping pad.
